About Us

Our Mission

Sky House Supportive Living is dedicated to providing adults with a clean and welcoming home where every resident is treated with dignity and respect. We honor each individual's journey by creating an environment that fosters pride, personal growth, and community.

Through our optional case management services, we walk alongside our residents as partners, supporting their goals while respecting their autonomy and celebrating their strengths. We believe that everyone deserves a place where they can live with pride and work toward independence at their own pace.

Meet Kristin Sky

Kristin Sky is the owner of Sky House Supportive Living and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #93373) with over 10 years of experience supporting low-income individuals with severe mental illness, medical disabilities, and housing insecurity. Throughout her career providing medical case management, Kristin witnessed firsthand the substandard living conditions in many traditional room and board facilities—and knew there had to be a better way.

Sky House was born from that vision: to change the climate of traditional supportive housing into a path toward wellness and individual success. Kristin founded Sky House on a simple but powerful principle: everyone deserves to live with dignity, love, and respect, regardless of their circumstances or challenges.

Today, Kristin leads Sky House's optional case management services, working alongside residents as a partner in their journey—never as someone who dictates their path, but as someone who supports, advocates, and celebrates every step forward.

Our Home

Sky House Supportive Living is an 8-bed residence in Davis, California, designed to feel like home—because it is. Each room comes fully furnished with comfortable furnishings, a television, and high-speed internet. Our home is professionally cleaned weekly, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment where you can focus on your goals.

Beyond the basics, Sky House offers something harder to quantify: a sense of belonging. We celebrate birthdays, host volunteer-led activities and craft projects, and maintain a culture of mutual respect. This isn't institutional living—it's a real home where dignity and comfort come first.

We believe that your environment shapes your recovery. That's why we've created a space that's not just safe and sober, but genuinely beautiful and well-kept. You deserve to live somewhere you're proud to call home.
